Terms & Conditions
The above room rates are quoted in Chinese Yuan, also known as Renminbi (RMB) and valid from 6 January 2020 to 5 January 2021.
The above room rates are inclusive of 15% tax and service charge, Internet access, and breakfast for two persons. Additional breakfast for adult is RMB80/person/day while RMB40/person/day for child under 6 years old.
Breakfast will be included for child under 6 years old and stay with the parents at Happy Family Room.
Maximum occupancy: two adults for twin/double room while three persons for Happy Family Room.
The official hotel check-in time is 2 pm and check-out time is 12 noon.
Cancellation & amendment policy: less than 5 working days prior to the arrival date or no-show, one room night per room will be charged.
For late check-out at 6 pm, 50% of the room rate will be charged. And after 6 pm, full day room rate will apply.
Extra bed at RMB220/bed/night (subject to availability), including breakfast.
No refund for any early check-out.
All rooms are non-smoking rooms.
Upon confirmation of the booking, a deposit is required to guarantee the booking. Silk Road Hotel Management Co Ltd will contact you for the payment arrangement.
Should there be any refund, a handling fee which is equivalent to 3.5% of the refund amount will be charged.
