Situated in the quiet village of Xizhou just 20 km north of Dali and near the Yan Family Museum and the Xifang Street, Linden Commons is the former residence of Yan Baocheng, the second son of one of the four wealthy merchants, the Yan family, in Xizhou. The hotel property was built in 1939 and it is away from the hustle and bustle of the Old Town. With an area of about 3,600 square meters, the complex is in L shape featuring traditional Bai architectural style.
There are 14 spacious and comfortable guestrooms which are uniquely designed and decorated with carefully selected Bai art and crafts to reflect the Lindens’ appreciation of Chinese culture. The complex is equipped with a garden, cooking classes, restaurant and café, library, and a terrace that overlooks the beautiful mountainous landscape of the region. The above room rates are quoted in RMB and valid from 1 January to 31 December 2020.
The above room rates are inclusive of tax, service charge, and breakfast for two persons (for Family Suite, it will include breakfast for four persons). Additional breakfast at RMB50/person/day.
Baby cot can be arranged at RMB170/night.
Extra bed at RMB270/bed/night (subject to availability), including breakfast.
The official hotel check-in time is 1 pm and check-out time is 12 noon.
During the peak season (24 – 31 January and 1 – 7 October 2019), a minimum stay of 2 nights is required.
Cancellation & amendment policy: between 2 and 7 working days prior to the arrival date, 50% of the total room rate will be charged. For less than 2 working days or no-show, the total amount of the room rate will be charged.
For late check-out at 6 pm, 50% of the room rate will be charged. And after 6 pm, full day room rate will apply.
Should there be any refund, a handling fee which is equivalent to 3.5% of the refund amount will be charged.
No refund for any early check-out.
Upon confirmation of the booking, a deposit is required to guarantee the booking. Silk Road Hotel Management Co. Ltd. will contact you for the payment arrangement.
