The above room rates are inclusive of 10% service charge, prevailing government tax (if applicable) and western breakfast for two persons. Additional breakfast rate: RMB125.
Maximum occupancy: two adults.
The official hotel check-in time is 2 pm and check-out time is 12 noon.
Cancellation & amendment policy: No cancellation can be made for any reservation which enjoys 14-day or 30-day advance booking special offer. For non-special offer bookings, one room night per room will be charged if cancellation is made less than 7 working days prior to arrival date or there is no-show. Cours et Pavillons will charge your credit card directly should there be any late cancellation and amendment, and no-show.
For late check-out at 6 pm, 50% of the room rate will be charged. And after 6 pm, full day room rate will apply.
Free of charge for one child when travelling with adults and using existing bedding.
Extra bed at RMB330 net per room per night (only for South Courtyard Executive Room, South Courtyard Deluxe Room and North Courtyard Deluxe Room, and it is subject to availability).
Should there be any refund, a handling fee which is equivalent to 3.5% of the refund amount will be charged.
No refund for any early check-out.
Upon confirmation of the booking, a deposit is required to guarantee the booking. Silk Road Hotel Management Co. Ltd. will contact you for the payment arrangement.
All rooms are non-smoking rooms.
